  BREEAM is a global certification that attests to a building's environmental performance. It takes into account not only the technical aspects of an asset, but also human issues, biodiversity, and sustainable mobility.

  Using a multi-criteria analysis, it strikes a balance between a building's quality of life, respect for the environment, and economic performance.

  NF HQE certification applies to new or renovated tertiary buildings, known as « NF HQE Bâtiments Tertiaires - Neuf ou Rénovation ».

  This certification rewards the best practices in terms of the buildings’ energy performance. To comply with the NF HQE standard, all actions taken must aim to reduce the buildings’ environmental impact, cut energy consumption, and continuously improve the occupants’ comfort and health.
